To renew your son\u2019s or daughter&#8217;s enrollment, or to become a member for the first time, below you must fill out an electronic form by accessing the Club of your interest. The information provided is confidential and is protected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto Serif; font-size: 14pt;\">As part of our nutrition services, our participants receive a balanced diet, including special diets that are required to meet their needs (they receive two food periods (dinner and snack). All services are provided under the Care Food Program. of Children and Adults (PACNA), attached to the <a href=\"https:\/\/de.pr.gov\/aesan\/en\/civil-rights-public-statement\/\">Department of Education of Puerto Rico.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto Serif;
