[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Thursday, April 6 at 8:00 pm<\/strong>, the renowned and beloved Puerto Rican makeup artist, Bryan Villarini<\/strong>, will host a virtual eye makeup tutorial in support of Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico<\/strong> (BGCPR), a non-profit, community-based organization that has provided after-school educational programs and services to children and youth from disadvantaged communities for 53 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Makeup brands Clinique and M\u2022A\u2022C\u2022 are joining this initiative with a surprise gift for the first 80 people who reserve their spot in the tutorial, and a special gift that will be raffled off during the event. \u201cQuite the gift for Mom!\u201d<\/strong> is an opportunity to give ourselves or give away this unique tutorial to a loved one, in celebration of Mother’s Day. Our eyes are the mirror to the soul, and these days, they are the part of our faces we expose to the world. They should always look radiant, as we must continue to wear masks to prevent COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited about this collaboration with Bryan Villarini, who answered our call to support Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico. Through this special event, more people will learn about the organization’s mission and those who already know it will continue to support the organization’s programs, which have continued in the midst of the pandemic crisis. In addition, for us, who also provide support services to the families of our participants, mostly led by single mothers, this is a great opportunity to celebrate mothers and their contribution to the development of the future generation of professionals, citizens and leaders, which is part of what we have done in 53 years of service\u201d, said Olga Ramos Carrasquillo, BGCPR president.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAt Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico, we understand the pressing needs of our 12,000 participants and their families. Nine out of ten of them live in poverty and the current crisis has made access to basic services such as education and food increasingly difficult<\/strong>. This event will allow us to continue operating during the pandemic and to resume all of our in-person services as soon as the emergency is over.\u201d established Ramos Carrasquillo.<\/span><\/p>\n
