EMPower Youth is a comprehensive job training program that empowers youth ages 16–24 to earn their high school diploma while developing the tools necessary to thrive in the world of work and college life.

• Basic construction skills training with professional certifications
• Certifications in pre-apprenticeship, CPR/First Aid and OSHA-10
