Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico (BGCPR), a non-profit and community-based organization, has launched a personnel recruitment campaign called “Empleos que transforman.” The objective of this initiative is to encourage professionals from various fields such as education, social work, recreation, technology and administration to join the organization and become part of a team committed to transforming the lives of more than 12,000 children, young people, and families it serves annually across its 18 service centers from Mayagüez to Vieques. The organization offers comprehensive and innovative educational services and programs.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico strongly believes in the transformative power of education and emotional support to positively impact the lives of children, young people and their families. The organization’s programs are specifically designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children and youth can learn, grow, and flourish. Currently, the organization is seeking to recruit 100 enthusiastic professionals in child and youth development who share the same vision and are willing to contribute to creating a positive change in their communities.
We have a wide range of job openings for different positions. From educators and social counselors to technology experts and recreation instructors, we offer various roles. Our ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, a commitment to youth development, and a desire to positively impact the lives of others.
